Google AdSense Glitch Prevents Me From Requesting PIN and Claiming Earnings

I have been creating content on YouTube for a long time and rely on my Google AdSense account to receive my earnings. However, for approximately 1 to 2 years, due to an ongoing PIN issue during the address verification stage, I am unable to receive my payments, and my YouTube advertisements can no longer run actively.

Even though the last PIN code was dispatched on April 5, 2025, whenever I attempt to request a new PIN on the address verification page, the system continuously displays an error stating that a new PIN can only be requested once every 3 weeks, preventing me from requesting a new code altogether. Consequently, I cannot verify my address, withdraw my accumulated earnings, or utilize my ad monetization effectively.

I submitted support requests through Google during this period, but I received zero response. This long-standing issue has caused me significant loss of time as well as financial damage.

I demand an investigation into this technical glitch in the address verification and PIN dispatch system, the manual verification of my account so that my accumulated payments can be disbursed to me, and the execution of necessary procedures so that my YouTube ads can function without further disruption.
