Google AdSense Fails to Deliver Physical PIN Code to My Address

I was notified that a physical PIN code would be mailed to my home address in order to verify my Google AdSense account address. I generated my initial PIN request on January 19, but even though it was supposed to arrive within 2 to 3 weeks, no mail ever arrived. Consequently, I submitted a second PIN request, but even though 11 days have passed, I am concerned that this code will not arrive either.

Because I cannot complete the address confirmation process on my AdSense account, I am unable to finalize my setup or utilize my account properly. My address details are completely up-to-date and unchanged, yet no physical PIN mailer has reached me. Since there is no direct customer support contact line available through Google AdSense, I am unable to resolve this issue on my own.

I demand that my PIN code actually be dispatched to my home address and that my address verification process be completed as soon as possible.
