Goldenbets571 Demanded ₺3317 After ₺78,912 Win and Faked Bonus Credit

I deposited ₺100 into Goldenbets571, and they gave me a ₺150 bonus in return. I placed a ₺250 bet and won ₺78,912. I then submitted a withdrawal request and contacted their live support. The support agent told me I needed to deposit ₺3317 to comply with supposed “MASAK security measures.” I accepted this as part of the site’s rules and sent the money.

After sharing the payment receipt with support, they refused to process my withdrawal, claiming I hadn’t written “transfer security” on the receipt. Instead, they added a fake bonus on top of the amount I sent and reflected it in my account balance—clearly avoiding the actual payout.

As someone experienced with online betting platforms, I know legitimate sites never ask users for money to release winnings. This behavior is deceptive, manipulative, and shows total disregard for users' intelligence and trust. The matches they promote can’t be found on any other platform, which only increases my suspicion.

I demand the immediate release of my original ₺78,912 winnings and an official explanation. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate it to law enforcement and press charges.
