I rented a car from Goldcar Spain at Tenerife North airport for three days, starting from November 30, 2023. Upon returning the car on December 3, 2023, there were no damages or scratches. However, the company is withholding the promised deposit of €1190, which was supposed to be returned upon car delivery. I have videos documenting the car's condition both before and after the rental, clearly demonstrating no damages occurred. I strongly advise against renting from Goldcar, as they seem to have no qualms about attempting to deceive their customers.
