Purchased Domain Not Appearing in Account – Need Resolution After Verification Process

On July 11th, I successfully purchased a .app domain and closed the page after seeing the confirmation. However, 2-3 days later, I noticed the domain was missing from the “My Products” section. When I contacted customer service, they asked me to send my ID and credit card photos via email for verification, which I did.
After receiving an email confirming the verification, I was shocked to receive another email two days later stating that the domain had been removed from my account. I am frustrated by this prolonged 5-6 day struggle just to secure a domain. I kindly request immediate resolution of this issue, as this process should not be so complicated.
