Urart Duty-Free Sold Fake Tiziana Terenzi and Givenchy Perfumes
On July 5, 2024, at 4:10 PM, I purchased two perfumes from the Urart Duty-Free store at SAW International Terminal. I trusted the sales staff’s claims, particularly about the Tiziana Terenzi Kirke perfume, which I bought for €200. They assured me it was highly long-lasting, stating I’d need to wash it off to remove the scent. However, the perfume has no scent at all and lacks any longevity.
Additionally, the Givenchy perfume I purchased for my daughter is clearly fake. While the outer packaging appears original, the bottle inside is entirely different. I compared it to an authentic one purchased from Germany, and even the scent and color differ significantly. The one from Urart is pinkish and fades almost instantly, unlike the transparent and long-lasting original.
My daughter, a Genetic and Bioengineering expert, tested the products in a lab and confirmed they are counterfeit. Selling fake products is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund and a thorough investigation into your product authenticity. I work hard for my money and will not tolerate my rights being violated.
