I’m extremely disappointed with the Givenchy foundation I purchased just a month ago. I paid around ₺ for it, expecting premium quality and long-lasting performance. However, to my surprise, it started oxidizing almost immediately after application, and the shade now looks completely off. It doesn’t even provide full coverage, despite the claims.
I could understand this happening with cheaper drugstore brands, but from a luxury brand like Givenchy, this is simply unacceptable. I trusted the brand and invested in a product that failed to deliver even the most basic standard—color stability. I’m calling on Givenchy to address this issue and offer either a refund or a replacement. It’s frustrating to pay a premium and receive disappointing results in return.
