On 11/04/2024, I made a purchase from the well-known company Getir, and unfortunately, the 2kg chicken thighs in my order had a rather unpleasant smell, even though they were still within 3 days of their expiration date. After attempting to contact customer service on three separate occasions regarding a return, I was disappointed to find that they did not collect the items or initiate a refund. I have to put up with this unpleasant odor in my house. How much longer do they expect me to wait?
