For the past week, I’ve been experiencing a persistent issue with the Getcontact app on my Samsung Galaxy A24. My tags have completely disappeared from the app, and nothing I’ve tried has resolved it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, updated it to the latest version, logged out and back in, and followed every troubleshooting step available within the app’s interface.
Despite being a Premium member and expecting full functionality, this core feature—viewing my own tags—still doesn’t work. I even reached out to Getcontact’s automated support system, but unfortunately, it didn’t offer any real help or solution.
I live in İzmir and rely on this feature to manage my presence and visibility, especially since I’m paying for the Premium service. I demand that this issue be fixed immediately and that I receive full access to all the features my membership is supposed to include.
