I’m very frustrated with Getcontact. After I deleted my previous account, I lost access to all of my tags. I recently purchased the Premium membership thinking it might help restore or make my tags visible again—but unfortunately, nothing changed. I wasted my money on a subscription that didn’t solve the problem.
Despite being logged into the app and having an active Premium plan, none of my old tags are showing up. I wasn't informed beforehand that deleting an account would permanently erase my tag history, or that even a Premium subscription wouldn't restore it. This lack of transparency has caused me both financial loss and disappointment.
I demand that Getcontact either recover my previously created tags or offer a refund for the Premium plan that clearly provides no value in this situation. Please address this issue immediately and restore access to my tag history.
