A few months ago, I deleted my Getcontact account. Around 2–3 months ago, I logged back in again, but I noticed that all the tags previously visible on my account were no longer showing. To resolve this issue, I even purchased a Premium membership, yet my tags are still not visible.
I reached out to Getcontact customer service, but no solution was offered. I am currently using an Android phone, and each time I log in, the problem continues—my tags remain completely hidden.
I request that my tags be restored and reloaded to my account as soon as possible. As a Premium subscriber, I expect proper support and a clear resolution to this problem, which has left me dissatisfied with the service.
