For nearly two months, I’ve been trying to get my old phone number (0707860701) and the associated account and tags removed from Getcontact. This number no longer belongs to me, and yet it’s still linked to a visible profile on the app with various tags attached. I contacted Getcontact support by email and clearly explained the situation, but I haven’t received any response so far.
I want this outdated account to be deleted permanently and all associated tags erased from the system. I haven’t made any payments to Getcontact and was not charged for this process, so there shouldn’t be any barriers to resolving it.
This issue specifically concerns users in Azerbaijan. I’m asking Getcontact to take immediate action and ensure that my former number is unlinked and removed from their platform without further delay.
