For more than 3 months, my tags on Getcontact have not been updating at all. I am a Premium package user and purchased my subscription on August 20, 2025. Despite this, the feature is not functioning as expected.
I have tried every possible solution—uninstalling and reinstalling the app, testing it on different devices, and refreshing data—but the issue continues. Even when one of my contacts is added, or when my name changes, no new tags appear.
I am using an iPhone SE (2020), and this problem occurs consistently on my device. I even submitted a support request, but I never received any reply or assistance.
As a paying Premium customer, I expect full functionality. I demand that Getcontact resolves this issue immediately and ensures that my tags are updated correctly and in real time. Customers should not be left waiting indefinitely without support when using a paid service.
