I Cannot Delete Getcontact Account and Charges Continue

I previously created two separate accounts on the Getcontact app. After using my first account for a while, I voluntarily closed it. Later, I created a second account, and I do not dispute the charge for that second subscription. However, even after canceling this second membership, the system continues to attempt to charge my card every night. Fortunately, the transactions fail due to insufficient funds, but these repeated attempts are still ongoing.

Deleting my account has also been a major issue. When I try to delete it, instead of being removed immediately, I receive a message stating that the account will be deleted within 30 days. During this period, my account still appears active. At the moment, my account is only deactivated, not permanently deleted.

I am extremely uncomfortable with the fact that there is no active subscription, yet my card is still being targeted for repeated charges, and I am unable to fully delete my account.

I request that my account associated with my phone number, along with all related subscriptions, be permanently canceled immediately. I also demand that my account be completely erased from the system and that all automatic charge attempts to my card be fully stopped.
