Getcontact Keeps Charging Me After I Canceled My Subscription

About a month ago, I purchased a monthly subscription on the Getcontact app and immediately canceled it afterward. However, yesterday and today I received messages stating that new payment attempts were made from my account.

When I went back into the app to check, I tried to cancel again, but the system still shows the warning “your subscription is active.” My first subscription fee was already paid, and now since my account has no balance, I received notifications that additional charges could not be processed.

I started this subscription with my mobile number 5357****17. I barely used the program, and aside from the free trial period, I never selected any special package or campaign. I do not accept being charged for a service I canceled, nor do I accept that my account still shows an active subscription.

I am requesting that Getcontact permanently cancel my subscription and ensure that no further charges are taken for a service I no longer use.
