Getcontact Premium Not Working — Number Lookup Shows No Results

Even though I have a Getcontact Premium subscription, for the past four days the number lookup feature has not shown any results for any phone number. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and updating the app, but the problem still continues. I experience the same issue with every number I try.

My account is linked to the phone number 5524****98. So far, I have not contacted customer service.

I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
