Getcontact Premium Subscription Not Showing Number Search Results

I have a 6-month Premium Getcontact subscription, and all my permissions are active. However, for the past 2 days, whenever I try to search a number in the app, I receive the message “we cannot provide results.” No results are displayed for any unregistered contacts.
I already deleted and reinstalled the app, but the issue still continues. I also sent an email to the support team, but I haven’t received any response.
My Premium membership is shown as active until December 11, 2025, and I paid for it using my debit card. I request that this issue be fixed as soon as possible.
