Getcontact Premium Not Working on Xiaomi 14T Pro Despite Active Subscription

I downloaded the Getcontact app on my Xiaomi 14T Pro and purchased a Premium subscription about three days ago, paying approximately ₺275 with my bank card. However, I am unable to perform number lookups, meaning I cannot use any Premium features despite the subscription being active. I submitted a support request through the app, but I have not received any response. The app clearly shows that my Premium membership is active, yet the service is not functioning properly.

I request that the application be fixed immediately so I can fully access and benefit from all Premium features included in my subscription.
