I Use Getcontact Premium But Can’t Log In—No SMS Verification for 3 Days

Hello, I’ve been a Getcontact Premium user, but for the past three days, I’ve been unable to log into my account. After uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I tried logging in with my phone number, but I never receive the SMS verification code.

I’ve tried multiple times at different hours, but the result is always the same. The app keeps showing a “Something went wrong” message, even though my Premium subscription is still active. This situation is extremely frustrating—I rely on this app for important communication, and I’m now completely locked out.

Getcontact, I’m asking for immediate support to restore access to my account. As a paying user, I expect better service. Please fix this issue and ensure your Premium users can access the features they’ve paid for.
