My Account Was Billed for an Unauthorized Gemini Subscription
On June 9, I received an ad from Gemini AI for a 7-day promotional campaign for $1, and I signed up for it that same day. Even though I completed the cancellation process during the campaign period, money continued to be deducted from my account without my knowledge or approval.
A total of $29 was withdrawn without my permission across two dates: June 14 and July 15. I have been unable to reach any customer service representative or official communication channel for Gemini AI regarding these transactions, and I could not find any contact information.
I demand that these withdrawals, which were made without my knowledge and despite my cancellation, be stopped immediately, and that all the funds taken from my account be fully refunded.
