Disputing Unauthorized Google AI Subscription Fee

This morning, I noticed a charge of $18 on my Garanti Bank debit card for an application listed as “Google Gemini.” I have never subscribed to this service, I was not aware of it, and it appears as though a top-tier plan was activated on its own and charged to my account without my knowledge.

I received several emails regarding this transaction, but since I do not regularly check my email, I did not see them. I did not provide any approval, create any membership, or make any intentional purchase. Despite this, the amount was withdrawn from my card, which I absolutely do not accept.

I request that Google investigate this transaction, refund the $18 charged to my account, and immediately cancel any subscription, membership, or service associated with Google Gemini if one has been activated. I do not wish to use this service and want to ensure that my card information has not been used without authorization. I ask that this matter be urgently reviewed and that the refund be processed as soon as possible.
