Gemini AI Charges $30 but Limits Users to a 28-Day Cycle With Daily Quotas

I have a membership on the Gemini AI app. I used the 7-day free trial on May 15, and on May 22, I was charged $30 for the first month, with the terms stating that if I didn't cancel, this payment would renew every 28 days. So not only is the billing cycle 28 days instead of a full calendar month, but I'm also running into serious restrictions within the app. Even though I'm paying for it, the app keeps giving me a "your daily quota is full" warning. I've used it about 5 times total, and I ran into this warning every single time I used it. On top of that, even though I was charged close to $44, the app keeps showing me an upgrade offer for around $159 to move to a higher tier. So my usage period is shortened, there's a daily usage cap, and on top of that, I'm being pushed toward a more expensive plan. Additionally, the quality of the academic content the app produces is pretty low. Compared to other free AI tools, it gives much weaker results — I expected it to generate proper text for my academic work, but instead it produces content that's too inadequate to actually use. It's not acceptable for a paid app to be this limited and low-quality, while also constantly hitting quota limits and pushing me toward a more expensive package. I also haven't been able to find any contact person or clear support line to reach out to about this. For all these reasons, I'm requesting a refund of the approximately $30 (about $44) charged on May 22. Even though I paid for the service, my usage period was shortened, I was limited by quota restrictions, and the quality of service I received was poor — so I want this situation resolved and my payment refunded. My membership email is m*************@gmail.com.
