FamRadar Unauthorized Charges 49.99€ Three Times On ING Card
I am writing to report three unauthorized charges of 49.99€ each on my ING Direct debit card, all made on 06/03/2026 and shown on my statement as “Famdata Amount in Euro=49.99 at FAMRADAR FORT LAUDERDA”. I have never registered with Famradar, I have not approved these payments, and I have not knowingly installed or used any Famradar application or service. When we checked the settings and subscriptions on our device, we could not find any active app or subscription that could explain these debits. As soon as I noticed the charges on the same day, I contacted ING Direct and I am currently waiting for their response. In the meantime, I ask Famradar to immediately cancel any subscription, account or service that may have been opened in my name without my explicit consent and to refund the full amount of all three unauthorized charges (49.99€) to my debit card. I also request written confirmation that any subscription linked to my details has been fully cancelled and that no further costs will be charged to my account. My full name, email address and telephone number are already indicated in my Xolvie account details and can be used to identify me. I expect this matter to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible and that all unauthorized payments be reversed without delay.
