Gearbest Plant Covers Misleading Description

I purchased 10 pieces of reusable bell plant covers. Your website's product description was the first thing that misled me. I was disappointed because the item was of low quality and did not match the description. The product didn't appear to be well-made, and it failed to provide the promised protection from the sun and snails, have serious complaints about the shipping process. I paid for international shipping, but there was a significant delay in the expected arrival dates, took far longer than anticipated to reach me. no idea when my other shipment would arrive since I never received any notifications or updates regarding its status, wish I could cancel. I needed it fast, now my plants are open to all danger and I have no idea how I can protect them.
