Unauthorized Hong Kong VCrea Transaction on GCash Wallet

I am writing to report an unauthorized payment from my GCash wallet to Hong Kong VCrea and to request a full refund. On 25-10-26 at around 02:11, an amount of 699.00 Philippine Pesos was automatically paid from my GCash wallet to Hong Kong VCrea without my permission. I did not authorize, confirm, or knowingly initiate this transaction, and I have no agreement for any automatic or recurring payments to Hong Kong VCrea. I am requesting that this unauthorized transaction of 699.00 Philippine Pesos be fully refunded back to my GCash wallet and that any automatic or recurring payments related to Hong Kong VCrea be stopped so this does not happen again. I am sharing screenshots of the GCash payment confirmation as proof of the transaction and kindly ask you to review this case urgently and help resolve it.
