Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited Charged My GCash Account Without Authorization

I recently discovered an unauthorized auto debit transaction in my GCash account from HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED in the amount of 699. This transaction was dated October 30, 2026 and I did not make, approve, or consent to any payment, subscription, or enrollment related to this company. I am requesting a full refund of the 699 that was deducted without my authorization and that this transaction be properly investigated as an unauthorized charge. I also request that any possible recurring or future charges from HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED to my GCash account be blocked so that this does not happen again. I am sharing the transaction screenshot as proof of the unauthorized debit and I kindly ask that you process the refund and inform me of the result as soon as possible.
