While trying to access my Gate.io account, my Kaspa coins were stolen. Then, yesterday, my TRX transfer was rejected, yet the coins were never returned to my account. Despite using all available security measures, including two-factor authentication, I still lost my funds. This is a massive security failure on Gate.io’s part, and it has cost me ₺180,000. How can a platform this big allow such vulnerabilities? I demand immediate action—either my stolen and withheld coins must be returned, or Gate.io needs to explain how this happened and compensate me for my losses. If this isn’t resolved, how can users trust their funds are safe? Fix this now!
