Garnier Color Naturals 8N Turned My Hair Almost Black

I purchased the Light Brown 8N shade from the Garnier Color Naturals line, which I have used regularly for years, and applied it to my hair on the evening of December 6, 2025. Because I have been using the same color for a long time, I thought I knew exactly what result to expect. However, this time the outcome was completely different. I didn’t notice it much under evening lighting, but in the morning daylight, I realized that my hair color had turned very dark, almost black.

Even though I always dye my hair the same shade, this product caused a significant darkening and an unwanted tone. I am currently very uncomfortable and distressed because of how my hair color turned out.

I am requesting that Garnier either issue a refund for the product I used or provide professional support to help restore my hair color to its previous state. I kindly ask that this negative experience be investigated and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
