I bought Garnier 4.26 Eggplant Purple hair dye. I live in Bursa and bought it from the Heykel Gratis branch. When I got home and mixed the dye, it turned orange. I thought it might turn purple after oxidation with water since it's a dye I regularly use. I applied it to my hair, but it did not turn purple at all; my hair turned a coppery orange-red color. I've been writing to the Garnier complaint line for two days. They asked for my email, we talked on the phone, and I discussed it with the customer service unit. They asked me to send pictures via email, which I did. I even recorded a video while washing my hair to show the orange color and sent that too. However, I've been calling them periodically for two days, and they were supposed to get back to me. Despite having a complaint, no one is getting back to me. They keep stalling, saying they will respond during the day. I called again this morning, and they said they would definitely get back to me today, that their officials are reviewing my email and pictures, but it's just more stalling. I am absolutely dissatisfied. It's clear that this is a production error, a mistake made during packaging at the factory, yet I haven't even received an apology. I will pursue my rights to the end. If necessary, I will apply to the Consumer Court. Right now, my hair is an orange-red, henna-like color, and I can't dye it again for another 15 days. I am very distressed. I can't go outside. This is very important for a woman, and all women know this. How will my distress be resolved? How can such nonsense happen?
