Garnier Brightening Serum Caused Dry and Itchy Skin

I recently purchased Garnier Brightening Serum Anti Dark Spot via the Lazada online platform and started using it on my face from Wednesday. I applied it only a few times, but by Saturday my entire face started to feel very dry and became itchy. Because of this reaction, I immediately stopped using the serum. The dryness and itching have affected my whole face, and this has caused me both discomfort and concern about the safety of this product for consumers. I have not yet contacted Garnier or Lazada directly, but I am writing this complaint so that this issue is taken seriously. I request that this product be carefully inspected due to the reaction it caused and that it should not be sold if it poses a risk to skin health. I expect a clear explanation regarding the safety of this serum and what measures will be taken to prevent similar problems for other users.
