Unfair Ban on My Free Fire Account After Hacking

About a month ago, my Free Fire account (UID: 8503670847, in-game name: kalumaster) was taken from me. After retrieving it through [Facebook], I discovered it was banned because of actions taken by an unauthorized user. I’ve been playing fairly since 2019, never resorting to cheats, and have consistently invested in my account with regular purchases. I think the ban was due to the hacker's actions, not anything I did. I'm happy to share records if required. I kindly ask you to reconsider my case and remove the ban. Thank you.
