Recovered Free Fire Account Banned Due to Unauthorized User Actions

My Free Fire account (UID: 9056915251, in-game name: Fresh 218W3) was taken from me about a month ago. After retrieving it through Facebook. The account was banned because of activities by an unauthorized user. I have been playing fairly since 2023, never resorting to cheats, and have consistently invested in my account through regular purchases. I think the ban was caused by the hacker's actions, not anything I did. I can supply records if necessary. I kindly ask you to reconsider my case and remove the ban.
