My Free Fire Account Was Hacked and Unfairly Banned

My Free Fire account (UID: 2668038874, in-game name: DGメCUTE☂) was taken from me. After retrieving it through Facebook, I discovered it was banned because of actions taken by an unauthorized user. I have been playing fairly since 2021, never resorting to cheats, and have consistently invested in my account through regular purchases. I think the ban was caused by the hacker's actions, not anything I did. I'm happy to share records if required. I kindly ask you to reconsider my case and remove the ban.
