Dear Garena Free Fire Customer Service, my account was placed under review a week ago, and as a result, I was given a 2-day teaming ban and barred from participating in ranked matches. I was informed that all restrictions would be lifted by January 1, 2025, at 4:09 AM. However, even now, I’m unable to join teams or start playing.
This has caused me to fall behind in the game, despite years of dedication and financial investment in Free Fire. I’ve put significant effort into building my account and expect better support for loyal players like me.
