Garena Free Fire Ban Was Supposed to Be Lifted, but I’m Still Restricted

Hello, Garena Free Fire Customer Support. My account was placed under review four days ago, and after the investigation, I received a two-day team and league ban. According to the notice, all restrictions were supposed to be lifted on February 20, 2025, at 02:14 AM, yet I still can’t join teams or start matches.
I have fallen behind in the game due to this ongoing issue. I have spent years playing and investing real money, and it is extremely unfair to be locked out like this even after the ban period ended.
