Garena Free Fire Wrongfully Banned My Account – Still Restricted After Review


Hello, Garena Free Fire Customer Support. My account was placed under review four days ago, and after the investigation, I received a two-day matchmaking and league ban. According to the notice, all restrictions were supposed to be lifted on January 1, 2025, at 04:09 AM, yet I still can’t join teams or start matches.
I have been falling behind in the game due to this issue. I have invested years into this game, spent real money, and put in countless hours of effort. This is unfair, and I need this issue resolved immediately.
