Dear Garena Free Fire Support Team,

My account has been under review for four days, and after the investigation, I was given a two-day teaming restriction and league ban. However, my ban was supposed to be lifted on 01.01.2025 at 04:09 AM, yet I still cannot join teams or start a game.

I have invested years into this game, spending both money and effort, and now I am falling behind while others continue playing. This situation is unfair, and I am requesting immediate assistance. Please check my account and remove the remaining restrictions so I can play again.
