Garena Free Fire Account Still Restricted After Review

Dear Garena Free Fire Customer Support, my account was placed under review a week ago. After the review, I received a 2-day ban from teaming and ranked matches. The restrictions were supposed to be lifted today, January 1, 2025, at 4:09 AM, but I still can’t join teams or start games. This issue has caused me to fall behind in the game, despite years of dedication and significant investments in the platform. It’s frustrating to see my effort and money go to waste over an unresolved issue. Please look into this immediately and restore full access to my account so I can resume playing.
