Resolving Unfair Free Fire Ranked Locks and Automated Security Flags

I am a Free Fire player on Android and my account has been penalized in a way that I believe is unfair. For the last 4–5 days I have been temporarily banned from playing ranked mode, even though I have not used any hacks, cheats or third‑party tools. My Free Fire UID is 17220644077. I am sharing the screenshot that shows the error and ban situation as evidence that I was trying to play normally and that I am receiving an error in matchmaking. I kindly request that my account be thoroughly rechecked, including game logs and match history, and that the temporary restriction on my account and ranked mode be lifted if no illegal activity is found. I would like to continue playing Free Fire fairly on my Android device.
