Reopen Suspended Free Fire MAX Account After Teammate Hack System Detection

I am writing about my Garena Free Fire MAX account, which has been permanently suspended even though I have never used any kind of hack or illegal tool. My Free Fire MAX UID is 2090834528 and my in‑game nickname is ?LEGEИD?Pro. I log in to the game with my Facebook account and phone number. One day while I was playing, a hacker came into my team during the match. After that, my account was suddenly suspended. I received the message in the game saying that there were abnormal activities with my account and that it was permanently suspended. However, I have never used any hack, script, or third‑party application, and I always try to play the game fairly. I have tried to solve this by logging in again through Facebook and by reaching out to support, but my account is still banned and I cannot access it. I am not able to pass the suspension screen or log in to my Free Fire account at all. This situation is very upsetting for me because I spent a lot of time and effort on this account and I am being punished even though I did not cheat. I kindly request that you carefully recheck my account, review the logs, and remove the suspension from my Free Fire MAX account so that I can pass the ban screen, log in again and continue playing normally. If the ban was triggered because of a hacker who joined my team, I ask you to consider this and restore my account.
