Garena Free Fire Abnormal Activities Issue

I have been playing Garena Free Fire on my Android device with the account whose UID is 2290657610 and nickname is “RED 4 4 4”. Around three years ago, while simply trying to log in to the game, I suddenly received a message stating “There are abnormal activities with your account. It has been suspended – Permanent” and since then my account has been permanently banned. In the past, I did use a third‑party application on this account and I understand this is against the rules. However, this happened a long time ago and the account has now been closed permanently, which is a very heavy sanction for me considering the time, effort and money I invested in the game. I have already contacted Garena Free Fire support and their response only stated that hacking or abnormal activities were confirmed on my account, without offering any possibility of review or second chance. I am asking for a more detailed re‑evaluation of my account and a reduction or removal of the permanent ban so that my account can be unbanned and I can continue playing. I kindly request that my account be reviewed once again and that my access be restored if possible.
