Free Fire Hacker Ban - UID Suspension Appeal and Recovery

I am writing regarding my Free Fire account, which has been permanently suspended even though the violation was committed by a hacker, not by me. My account UID is 1514281619 and my in‑game name is “Мн RAHIM”. I play on an Android phone and have been playing Free Fire legitimately since 2019 without ever using cheats or any third‑party applications. Around 1 to 1.5 years ago, my account was stolen and I lost access to it. About a year ago I managed to recover the account through Facebook login, but as soon as I logged back in, I was met with the suspension message and could not play even a single match. The ban was already applied when I finally regained access, which shows that the abnormal activities happened while the hacker was using my account, not me. I contacted Garena Free Fire support and received a standard response stating that my account had been found guilty of using third‑party applications, that there is a zero‑tolerance policy, proof is confidential, and that no appeals will be entertained. However, this answer does not consider the fact that my account was hacked and used by someone else before I got it back. I have been a loyal player since 2019, have always played fairly, and have regularly spent money on the game, so it is very upsetting to lose everything because of an attacker’s actions. I kindly request that you re‑investigate my account’s logs and activity history around the time when it was hacked, and lift the ban on my account UID 1514281619, as I did not use any cheats or illegal tools. I am ready to provide any additional information or records you may need to prove that the suspicious actions were done by an unauthorized person. I hope you will review this situation once more and restore access to my account.
