Recover Free Fire Guest Account

I am writing regarding my lost guest account on the service I referred to as Free Fire. I had been using this guest account from India and last had access to it on 12 April 2019. After that date, I lost access to the account and have not been able to recover it. The name of the lost guest account was “10आषिश,” and the account level was 35. I have already contacted customer support about this issue, but I still do not have my account back. I would like my first guest account to be restored so that I can recover my previous data and continue using the service as before.
