I am writing regarding my Garena Free Fire account, which has been hacked and taken over without my permission. My Free Fire UID is 1550441418 and the account nickname was Miss muskan. The account is linked to my Google account and I am using it from India. On 3 March 2021 I noticed that I could no longer access my Free Fire account. The hacker changed the password and added their own recovery email. Before the hack there was no recovery email added to the account. I still receive some emails related to the account, which shows that I am the original owner, but I am completely locked out because of the password and recovery email change. I have not yet been able to resolve this issue and I have not received any support so far. I kindly request that my original Free Fire account with UID 1550441418 be recovered and full access be restored to me by removing the hacker’s recovery email and securing the account in my name again. I ask that my account be investigated and returned to me as the rightful owner as soon as possible.
