Please Help Me Get My FF Account Back
I am writing about my Free Fire account which was hacked in 2023, and since then I have completely lost access and have never been able to log in again. My account UID is 9515912658. After the hack, I lost all login access, and the email and phone number linked to the account were also compromised, so I no longer have control over any of them. Before the hack, I had been playing Free Fire regularly from Nigeria and had invested both time and money into this account through various in‑game purchases and top-ups, although I do not remember the exact total amount spent. This account is very important to me, and losing it in this way has been extremely upsetting. I contacted Garena/Free Fire customer support, but the solutions I received were not helpful and did not lead to the recovery of my account. Despite following the instructions given, I still cannot access my account and nothing has been resolved. I kindly request that my account with UID 9515912658 be thoroughly investigated and restored to me, or that I at least be given a clear and effective solution to recover access. I am ready to provide any additional information or verification needed to prove ownership so that I can get my Free Fire account back.
