FF Account Locked After Hack

I am writing to report that my Garena Free Fire account linked to my Facebook was hacked in 2023, and since then I have not been able to access it. The hacker changed the login ID and password and added a new Gmail address to the account, while the in‑game name and other visible details remained the same. I play on an Android phone and my Free Fire UID is 521155815. After losing access, I tried hard to recover the account but failed. I reported the situation to Facebook, but I still do not have control of my Free Fire account. Recently, when trying again, I have also started seeing a ban or ban‑system message related to this account, even though I am the original owner and lost it due to hacking. As the rightful owner, I kindly request that you investigate this case, remove any unauthorized email or login that was added by the hacker, and recover and return the account to me. I am ready to provide a new Facebook or Gmail account so that you can securely link my Free Fire account to it and ensure that I can use it safely again. I also request that any ban related to this hacked account be lifted after your verification, since I did not perform any illegal or abusive activities. I ask for your support in resolving this issue and helping me regain access to my Free Fire account linked with UID 521155815.
