Hello Garena team,
My account has been blacklisted for about a month, and I can’t play with anyone or join global groups. Despite not using cheats or any similar files, I am unable to enter ranked games or start matches. The only mode I can access is Lone Wolf. My account is currently under review, but I don’t understand what is being reviewed for such a long time. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Hello Garena Free Fire, my account has been blacklisted. I cannot access any ranked games, only Lone Wolf mode. I was in a Clash Squad match where there was a hacker, and I reported him for abnormal headshots. After that, I received a message saying my account is under investigation. Please fix this issue.
