I’ve Been Blacklisted in Garena Free Fire for Months Despite Not Using Cheats

Hello Garena Free Fire team,

I’m writing this out of frustration and confusion. My account (UID: 1905558784) has been blacklisted for nearly two months now, and I still don’t know why. I haven’t used any cheats, third-party files, or anything against the rules—yet I can’t access ranked matches, can’t join global groups, and can’t play with other players.

Every time I try to join a ranked match, it either won’t start or blocks me entirely. The only mode I can access is Lone Wolf, where I constantly encounter players who are actually using cheats. It makes no sense—I, a clean player, am under review while actual cheaters roam free.

I’ve been told my account is “under investigation,” but what are you even reviewing for nearly two months? I’ve done nothing wrong and have already lost valuable progress, time, and enjoyment because of this.
