My Free Fire Account Got Unbanned but I Still Can’t Play Ranked or Join Teams

My Free Fire account was banned for 7 days without any clear reason. After the ban period ended and my account was reactivated, I thought everything would go back to normal—but it hasn’t. I still can’t create or join teams with my friends, and ranked matches don’t work properly.

I can only start solo ranked games, and even then, it takes an unusually long time for the match to begin. Most of the time, the game won’t load at all. The only modes I can play without issues are Lone Wolf and Training, which is extremely limiting and frustrating.

Garena, I did my time. My account ban is over—why am I still restricted? Fix this issue immediately and restore full access to my account. I want to play the full game again with my friends, and I expect this to be resolved without further delay.
