Lost Free Fire Guest Account After Infinix Hot 10 Broke Down

I was playing Free Fire on my Infinix Hot 10 using a guest account, and about one year ago my phone broke and I completely lost access to that guest account. The account was never linked to Facebook, Google, or any other platform; it was always used only as a pure guest account on that device. After losing the phone, I tried to reach Free Fire customer support to get help, but I did not receive any reply. Because of this, I still cannot access my old account and all my game progress is gone. I kindly request that my old guest account be recovered and that I be given access to it again, if technically possible.
